Does SnagCore work offline?

Yes. Inspection mode and snag capture keep working with no connection: items are stored on your device and sent automatically once you are back on signal, and an indicator shows when you are offline.

Can contractors get their own access?

Contractor access to the work assigned to them is included on the Team plan, where they see their own items rather than the whole project. On Starter and Pro, anyone needing their own login counts towards the plan's user allowance.

Will the PDF reports match our branding?

Reports are generated from your live snag data with photographs and statuses included. The Pro and Team plans add your logo and colours to the exported document.

What happens after my free trial?

The trial runs for 7 days from sign-up with no card required. When it ends you choose a plan to carry on using the app. Your projects, snags and photographs are kept in your account either way.

What information does a snag hold?

A title and description, the project, a location, a category, a priority, an assignee with their trade role, a due date, photographs and a status of open, in progress or complete.

What devices does SnagCore run on?

It runs in the browser on phone, tablet and desktop, with a mobile-first layout built for use on site. There is nothing to install.
